With over 14 years of experience in Investments, Manu is spearheading the private equity business as CEO. As part of the inception team he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing the group’s foray into private equity and has played a decisive role in positioning, setting up systems and internal processes. He has a strong grounding in business analysis and a sound understanding of several industrial sectors, which have enabled him to identify, evaluate and close several investment proposals. Mr. U R Bhat, with over two decades of experience, is one of India’s well known investment advisors having managed institutional money for organizations of repute.. He is presently Managing Director of Dalton Capital Advisors (India) Pvt. Ltd., an Investment Advisory Company of the Dalton Group, London and also on the Board of Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd., Repro India Limited and Karnataka Bank Limited. He was chief investment officer of Jardine Fleming in India (later became a part of J P Morgan) for seven years advising the India dedicated funds of over US$ 1 billion. He was the guiding force behind the successful establishment of asset management business for a leading public sector Bank in India. Mr. Bhat holds a degree in M.Sc. from IIT, Kanpur and has attended advanced courses on Finance at the Harvard Business School, Boston and IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.

Mr. Vipin Kumar Jain is, by qualification, a Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer. He is the Founder of Tax Laws Chamber, a Law firm of eminence. Mr. Vipin Jain has over 22 years of rich experience in Corporate Law including Indirect Taxes. He is currently practicing law.
