With over 14 years of experience in Investments, Manu is spearheading the private equity business as CEO. As part of the inception team he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing the group’s foray into private equity and has played a decisive role in positioning, setting up systems and internal processes. He has a strong grounding in business analysis and a sound understanding of several industrial sectors, which have enabled him to identify, evaluate and close several investment proposals. Sampath is a career private equity professional, with over 16 years of experience in fund management with leading national and global players like ICICI Venture and Dresdner Kleinwort Capital. Sharad is a Chartered Accountant with over 7 years of experience in Financial and Consulting domains. Prior to Subhkam, he has worked in Birla Sun Life Insurance, A.F.Ferguson & Co. and Tata Consultancy Services. With his strong background in business analysis, financial structuring and market assessment, Sharad is an important member of Subhkam´s PE team, where he plays a role in identifying investment opportunities, evaluation and execution. Sumeet's current responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities, leading due-diligence, evaluation and execution. With over 3.5 years of experience in Finance and IT domain, Sumeet takes care of Technology and IT related investments at Subhkam. Prior to joining Subhkam, Sumeet worked with Gujarat Venture Finance Ltd. (GVFL) where he was involved in working closely with investee companies, helping them in improving processes, recruiting right talent etc. As a senior software developer at TCS, Sumeet has worked for reputed clients like Mckinsey & Co. and Sony Picture Entertainment, USA.
