With over 14 years of experience in Investments, Manu is spearheading the private equity business as CEO. As part of the inception team he has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing the group’s foray into private equity and has played a decisive role in positioning, setting up systems and internal processes. He has a strong grounding in business analysis and a sound understanding of several industrial sectors, which have enabled him to identify, evaluate and close several investment proposals. Shailendra Mundra has over 16 years of experience in the areas of marketing & sales, strategy and mergers & acquisition. Prior to joining Subhkam, he was with Lafarge for 12 years in India, Nigeria and was later Director with Lafarge North America Inc, USA. At Lafarge, he worked on business development and entry strategy for its operations in India before moving overseas to take up positions in Lafarge’s global operations in Nigeria and the USA.
