Governing Law

These Terms, and any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Materials, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the India, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes relating to the above shall be resolved solely in the courts located in Mumbai, India.

 Entire Agreement

These Terms set forth the entire agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof and may only be modified in a written agreement executed by you and a Subhkam Ventures authorized signatory.

These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted, if any, may not be transferred or assigned by you without consent, but may be assigned by Subhkam to an affiliate or successor without restriction. These Terms are binding on your successors and permitted assigns.
