Mr. Rakesh Kathotia has been associated with the Company since 2008 and currently serves as Managing Director. He is a Commerce graduate with over three decades of experience in the financial services sector.

​He has been instrumental in steering the Company’s growth strategy and governance standards across securities trading, derivatives, and investment activities.

Mr. Rishabh Kathotia joined the Board in 2019 and serves as an Executive Director. He holds an MSc in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

He brings strong analytical expertise in financial markets, quantitative investment strategies, and NBFC operations, along with prior experience of three years in the financial services sector.

Mr. Vishal Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 26 years of experience. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Legislative Law degree.

He provides valuable guidance on regulatory matters as well as financial and legal expertise.

Mr. V. S. Murthy Badam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and brings more than 36 years of experience in the financial sector, including senior leadership roles at major financial institutions. He provides valuable guidance in strategic oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Shri Vikas Sureshkumar Pareek is a finance professional with over 17 years of experience in taxation, M&A, transaction structuring, deal advisory, and regulatory compliance. Formerly a Director at KPMG India, he has advised corporates and private equity funds on complex domestic and cross-border
